Senior Human Resources Officer - Bankstown Hospital - Perm F/T

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or associated field or relevant extensive work experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, employees and other key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills with proven interpersonal skills, and a strong customer service approach.
• Broad knowledge and experience of contemporary human resources practices including the ability to review and interpret industrial legislation and awards and assist in developing relevant systems and processes.
• Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and to maintain strict confidentiality.
• High level computer literacy including experience with relevant HR technologies including, Human Resources Information Systems, Recruitment Systems, Learning Management Systems and Microsoft applications.
