What you'll be doing
The Senior or Human Resources Business Partner provides effective partnering within the assigned portfolio to achieve strategic and operational outcomes across a range of people and culture objectives. The role supports the Manager People and Culture- HR Business Partners in developing high quality leadership, change management, project management and capability development to both stakeholders and within the HR Business Partners team. 
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications, or working towards such and/or experience in Human Resources management/ Employee Relations or Business.
  2. Senior experience in generalist workforce/human resources functions including change management, industrial consultation, grievance and disciplinary management, job evaluation, conflict resolution and coaching which demonstrates the ability to develop and implement strategic HR solutions.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the public sector, relevant employment and Industrial Relations, EEO, Child Protection, WHS Legislation and relevant State Awards including their application.
