- Relevant tertiary qualifications, or working towards such and/or experience in Workforce/Human Resources management.
- Previous experience in generalist workforce/human resources functions including change management, industrial consultation, grievance and disciplinary management, change, job evaluation, recruitment and conflict resolution.
- Please outline your experience in developing and sustaining sound business partner relationships and in providing contemporary HR advice across a portfolio of stakeholders.
