- Tertiary Qualifications in health or related field and experience in providing leadership in population focused health promotion.
- Outline your knowledge and experience in program design, implementation, and evaluation particularly in the field of healthy eating and active living in children aged 6-16 years and their families.
- How do you negotiate with internal and external program partners to achieve successful program implementation and sustainability?
- Provide examples of how you manage, motivate and coordinate professional staff and to work within an action oriented multidisciplinary team with a population health focus.
- Can you demonstrate your knowledge and commitment to addressing equity, along with your understanding of the issues that impact program delivery in relation to social disadvantage, Aboriginal communities, and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities? How have you applied this understanding in your work?
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
