Remuneration: $56.68 - $58.52 per hour

What you'll be doing
As the Senior Hand Therapist, you will provide advanced physiotherapy services and lead the delivery of specialised hand therapy to patients across both facilities. Your expertise will guide best practice, mentor others and shape continuous improvement across the service.
Apply advanced clinical reasoning and treatment in physiotherapy practice
Work autonomously to manage complex cases and guide Level 1/2 staff
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes
Provide clinical supervision to junior staff and students
Maintain evidence-based practice through ongoing learning and research engagement

Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
Registration: Current General Physiotherapy Registration under AHPRA
Selection Criteria:
Significant clinical experience in Physiotherapy, with substantial experience working in the area of Hand Therapy
Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision and teaching of staff and students.
Demonstrated experience in the development of clinical physiotherapy policies and procedures and/or guidelines.
Demonstrated effective written & verbal communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Effective time management skills.
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and knowledge of Quality Improvement & Evidenced Based Practice.
Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and teaching and clinical supervision and teaching of undergraduate/graduate entry level students.
