About the Opportunity
NSW Ambulance is seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This is a key role supporting senior leaders across a designated portfolio, delivering high-quality financial insights and partnering with the business to drive strong financial performance and decision-making.
Play a critical role in providing strategic financial advice, analysis, and support to senior management. You will help ensure effective resource management, support budget outcomes, and contribute to achieving financial targets, obligations, and KPIs.

About You
You are a commercially minded finance professional with strong business partnering experience and the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders in a complex environment.
You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Membership (or eligibility) with a recognised professional accounting body
- Extensive experience in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
- Strong experience partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes
- Knowledge of public sector financial management (highly regarded)
- A continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change
