  1. Must hold qualifications recognised for registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Demonstrated current clinical knowledge of Physiotherapy, a high level of contemporary intervention skills, and demonstrated senior expertise in delivery, direction and management of physiotherapy services. Must have experience as a level 2 Physiotherapist.
  2. Demonstrated proficiency in delivering high-level, patient-centered clinical consultations in a high-demand environment within established timeframes, coupled with the ability to direct clinical care within the ED physiotherapy team, provide education to staff and students, and support the Head of Department with administrative and reporting duties.
  3. Demonstrated experience in conducting service development, quality improvement activities and professional education.
  4. Proven clinical leadership skills with an ability to support District colleagues as an expert in the field of Emergency and Primary Contact Physiotherapy. This may include implementing evidence-based practices, mentoring and training, interdisciplinary collaboration, advocacy and policy development, and engaging with clinical networks.
