We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Release Management Specialist – Oracle Cloud ERP to join our growing ERP team.
In this role, you'll work with diverse stakeholders across NSW Health to deliver robust, scalable business solutions within a complex and integrated Oracle Cloud ERP environment.
NSW Health is currently undertaking a major transformation, migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud ERP across Finance, Procurement and Inventory. This is a large-scale, high-profile program that offers the opportunity to contribute to a modern digital platform supporting one of Australia's largest health systems.
As part of our ERP team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead Oracle Cloud ERP release activities, including quarterly vendor updates, new feature adoption, environment refreshes, testing, and issue resolution.
- Support and enhance live ERP operations, driving continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and an exceptional user experience.
- Contribute to major ERP initiatives, from release planning and project delivery through to deployment and ongoing optimisation.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the review and analysis of quarterly vendor releases, assessing impacts, recommending feature adoption, and driving testing and change management activities.
- Drive the delivery of assigned initiatives from solution design and planning through to deployment, optimisation, and ongoing support.
- Coordinate end-to-end release cycles across non-production and production environments, ensuring smooth and successful deployments.
- Identify product and process improvement opportunities, delivering enhancements that improve system performance and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, build consensus, and achieve delivery outcomes.

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information, assess impacts, and present recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud ERP, including environment and release management, configuration, and supporting cloud-based business solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver business requirements and outcomes through analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience building trusted relationships, facilitating discussions, and influencing outcomes across diverse teams.
