As a Senior Digital Specialist – Accounts Receivable, you'll play a key role in shaping and improving enterprise ERP solutions across NSW Health. You'll lead complex application support activities, drive service enhancements, resolve critical incidents, and partner with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that improve business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Lead application support activities and provide expert ERP advice to stakeholders across NSW Health.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that support business outcomes.
- Design scalable ERP solutions that enhance system performance, functionality and user experience.
- Drive service improvements by managing application enhancements, governance and quality outcomes.
- Resolve complex incidents and identify opportunities to improve service reliability and digital adoption.

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you
- Have extensive experience supporting and enhancing ERP solutions in a large and complex environment, backed by relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a high-profile and fast-paced environment.
- Have a proven track record delivering end-to-end ERP solutions that achieve positive business outcomes.
You Must Have
- Proven experience delivering and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP solutions, preferably with a background in Oracle R12.
- A solid understanding of the Invoice to Cash business process.
- Extensive experience with the Advanced Collections module, dunning processes, scoring etc.
- An understanding of Oracle Fusion integrations and data flows, particularly, REST API’s, FBDI, OTBI, Oracle Integration Clod (OIC).
