About the Opportunity
South Western Sydney Local Health Support Officer (Senior Analyst) to complement and enhance the current data network support team.

What You'll be Doing
Provide tertiary level support to network operators, analysts and other support staff.

Provide network design and configuration for new projects and upgrades.
Day to day support of the LHD data network and assessment and design/upgrade of new/existing network infrastructure.

How to Apply

  1. Relevant qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD. 
  2. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing an extensive multivendor multisite Data Communications Network (LAN & WAN) including VoIP systems
  3. Experience with design, installation and configuration of Ethernet based firewalls, routers, hubs and switches
  4. Experience with structured cabling plant design and implementation
  5. Demonstrated experience in Network troubleshooting and analysis tools
  6. Experience with project managing network related projects
  7. Relevant qualifications and/or industry approved course certifications
  8. Good oral and written communications skills
  9. Must possess a valid Australian Drivers Licence (excluding learner driver's licences). If not already in possession, a NSW Drivers Licence must be obtained within 3 months of appointment.
