The Opportunity
Looking for a leadership role? HealthShare NSW is seeking for a Senior Manager in our Contact Centre. This position is responsible for leading and managing an efficient, effective and high performing Contact Centre for HealthShare, LHD’s, the patients and employees of NSW Health. The role leads, drives and manages a continuous improvement approach to service delivery, operational efficiency and customer outcomes aligned to the HealthShare NSW strategy and its customer charter.
