About the Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that ensure every voice – from metropolitan hubs to the most remote towns – is heard and reflected in the program.

Lead the rollout of consumer, carer and community engagement plans, tailored to meet the needs of diverse and priority populations.
Design & deliver workshops, forums and information sessions for community groups, LHDs, SHNs, NGOs, NFPs and peak bodies.
Collaborate with NSW Health teams, community organisations and advocacy groups to co-create solutions.
Track & analyse engagement data and feedback to inform strategy and continuously improve outcomes.
Develop resources, briefs and awareness materials that build capability and program understanding across NSW Health.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven expertise in consumer engagement such as supporting patients, carers, families.
Holds relevant tertiary qualifications or has equivalent experience in a related field.
