About the Opportunity
As a Senior Business Analyst within our Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will oversee the evaluation of SDPRIA clinical application team’s objectives, services, operations, and data to identify opportunities for strategic enhancements and service optimisation.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most significant health technology programs in NSW. You’ll provide guidance, advice, and support related to business process mapping, analysis and documentation by liaising with eHealth and broader business partners.
In this role, you will:
- Work with the clinical application teams to document and optimise business processes and hand offs with other delivery teams
- Collaborate with Service Management teams across SDPRIA and other eHealth departments to ensure clinical application services are accurately mapped in the CMDB
- Document and share knowledge base articles based on Requests and Incidents that are resolved by the clinical application teams
- Contribute to reporting on Service outcomes for the clinical application teams
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has extensive experience in business analysis, especially around Service creation, transition and management
- Has extensive experience in mapping and optimising business application processes in collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Can elicit clear business requirements and work with technical teams to translate these into work items.
