Join the Team
As a Senior Business Analyst of our Application Consolidation and Decommissioning Program, you will be responsible for solving complex problems, influencing senior stakeholders, and working at the intersection of business and technology.

This is an opportunity to work on a high-impact initiative, partnering with technical and business stakeholders to assess enterprise applications, manage technology risk, and support strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead business analysis activities across a major ICT infrastructure and application decommissioning program, working with technical, cyber, infrastructure and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, map application dependencies, and assess business impacts to support enterprise transformation.
  • Analyse application portfolios, CMDB data and infrastructure using strong SQL skills to drive evidence-based decommissioning decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across enterprise environments to evaluate risks and migration pathways, translating technical findings into optimisation opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
  • Bring proven Senior Business Analyst experience delivering large-scale ICT transformation, with expertise in stakeholder engagement, infrastructure, application rationalisation and executive reporting.
  • Occasional travel to Local Health Districts (LHDs), Specialty Health Networks (SHNs), and other NSW Health locations across NSW may be required to support project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational activities.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience delivering large-scale ICT, infrastructure transformation, and enterprise migration programs.
  • Expert in business analysis including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, impact assessments, and executive communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong enterprise technology expertise spanning applications, infrastructure, networks, servers, application discovery, dependency mapping, migration planning, rationalisation, and data centre decommissioning.
  • Highly skilled in data and platform analysis, with strong SQL capabilities and experience in ICT asset lifecycle management, CMDB/ServiceNow, Power BI, PowerShell, VMware, APIs, and integrated technology platforms.
  • Proven success in complex Healthcare/NSW Government environments, driving change, engaging senior stakeholders, and supporting cyber security, legacy modernisation, and evolving enterprise priorities.
