About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex transformation programs including working independently on projects and deliverables.
- Strong ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders to influence positive outcomes.
- Desire to strengthen and develop business analysis skills in an independent and hands-on role.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and confident in knowing when to validate, escalate, or step back - respecting role boundaries while still driving progress.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable and proactive.
