We are working with Local Health Districts, Pillars, and Agencies to improve how we detect and respond to risks and to make sure everyone follows consistent security standards. By investing in modern technologies, governance frameworks, and workforce capability, NSW Health is proactively addressing the evolving cyber threat landscape to safeguard critical health services and patient data.
About the Opportunity
As Senior Business Analyst supporting the Cyber Security Uplift Program at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through strategic business review and analysis.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a multi-year initiative aimed at improving cyber resilience across NSW Health. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver improvements through innovative analysis and design.
In this role, you will:
- Provide strategic business review and analysis of complex ICT business processes and services.
- Enhance business systems and processes using contemporary analysis methodologies.
- Support IT projects and the delivery of the Cyber Security Uplift program.
- Elicit business process requirements and conduct impact assessments including testing and training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify solutions for changing business requirements.
- Translate complex technical issues into plain language for non-technical audiences.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has extensive experience in business analysis within large and complex ICT environments.
- Holds relevant qualifications in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrates experience in improving business performance through innovative solutions.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and SharePoint.
Has experience with Cyber Security project delivery and familiarity with the Essential 8 Framework.
