Target Questions (max 500 words)

  1. Describe an allied health project/program you have managed. Define your role, processes you followed to manage the project/program successfully, how you anticipated and managed risk, involvement and liaison with relevant stakeholders, outcome and translation to practise. (500 words)
  2. What main factors would you consider in devising your approach to managing a complex stakeholder environment? Provide an example of a complex and sensitive stakeholder issue you have managed, outline how managed this, and how you resolved issues reflecting on the approach you took. (500 words)
