As a recognised leader in the healthcare industry, we deliver a comprehensive range of public health services across the Nepean, Blue Mountains, and Lithgow Regions.

Nepean Hospital is a teaching hospital that provides tertiary referral services in emergency care, coronary care, diagnostics, gynaecology, paediatric, neonatal intensive care/ICU, maternity, mental health, rehabilitation, and surgery. Are you an experienced administration professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high quality customer service? An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Administration Coordinator to join our Primary and Community Care team and play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of a busy Community Health Centre.

In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to a small administration team, ensuring the delivery of efficient, professional and client focused administrative services. You will be responsible for supporting staff in managing front line reception and administrative functions, creating a welcoming experience for clients and visitors, and ensuring seamless support to clinical teams and managers across the Centre.

Working closely with the Administration Support Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day supervision of administration staff, coordinate workflows, monitor service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Your ability to build positive working relationships, prioritise competing demands and foster a collaborative team environment will be key to your success.

This is a rewarding opportunity to join a supportive and purpose-driven team where your contribution will directly support the delivery of quality healthcare services to our local community. Apply today!
