SCHN - SCH - Pharmacy Assistant
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of dispensing/issuing of medication in a hospital or community pharmacy setting or equivalent experience.
- Experience with information technology and familiarity with the use of pharmacy software eg dispensing systems, electronic prescribing and medical record systems.
- Commitment to Quality Use of Medicines principles to assist in optimising patient outcomes.
- Ability to understand and adhere to legislative framework and requirements.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in undertaking all tasks.
- Demonstrated commitment to own professional development.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculation.
- Participate in weekend roster as per departmental requirements.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
