What you'll be doing 

  • The SCHN Patient Reported Measures (PRM) Project Manager will support the development and implementation of the NSW Patient Reported Measures program to improve the patient, staff and consumer experience within the SCHN.
  • The SCHN PRM Project Manager will collaborate with the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation and various key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the IT PRM solution, and the integration of PRM across the health setting on an ongoing basis. The SCHN PRM Project Manager will work collaboratively with SCHN Stakeholders, Consumers, Clinicians, Primary Health Networks and Primary Health Care staff, by way of full project management activities including project planning, stakeholder negotiation and milestone reporting.
  • The SCHN PRM Project Manager will also support and develop the Network’s capacity in achieving and maintaining accreditation against the NSQHS Standards (2nd ed.) with a focus on the specific requirements for understanding the Consumer perspective and experience.
