The Sydney Children's Hospitals Network Allied Health Educator is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, promoting and facilitating education and clinical support for allied health professionals and within multidisciplinary education. This role will work collaboratively with all key stakeholders to address education and training issues for Allied Health professionals working with children across the SCHN and NSW Health entities
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, set priorities and develop solution in collaboration with stakeholders in complex situations
- Evidence of excellent negotiation, decision-making and advocacy skills including abilities to effectively build and maintain professional relationships and interact collaboratively with stakeholders, through all organisational levels
- Commitment to evidence informed practice, quality improvement, research and adult learning principles
