- Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team in order to meet KPIs, budgets and reporting deadlines
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in health-related billing and patient information systems, as well as Oracle and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to allocate, motivate and train staff in order to achieve targets and maximise efficiency
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills that contribute to effective relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to assist the Revenue Manager to meet operational requirements, develop internal policies and procedures, and to liaise with stakeholders as required.
