About the opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Revenue Administrative Officers to support our Patient Billing team based in Orange. In this role, you’ll provide high-level administrative and customer service support, playing a key part in revenue generation and collection services while ensuring efficient office operations and excellent stakeholder support.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver day-to-day administrative and revenue support functions for Patient Billing
  • Provide effective and responsive customer service, resolving enquiries with care
  • Assist with documentation, and information management
  • Support senior officers and contribute to quality improvement activities
