We're looking for a Revenue Manager Business Partner to lead the Patient Liaison Officers team, liaise with key revenue stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement and influence implementation of positive change across Westmead Hospital to drive revenue generation.

What you'll be doing


The purpose of the Revenue Business Partner is to identify revenue opportunities for Westmead Hospital, design and implement initiatives to capitalize on the revenue opportunities to support the delivery of excellent patient care in a financially sustainable manner.
The Revenue Business Partner will also influence and support departmental managers of a portfolio of services to achieve the desired financial outcomes of the organization.

Selection Criteria

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in management, business or accounting or extensive equivalent work experience.
  2. Well-developed high level project management skills, including proven skills in development, monitoring and achieving projected outcomes.
  3. Demonstrated excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, delegate, consult and negotiate effectively with executives, senior managers, clinicians and internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated high level analytical skills using financial, statistical, human resources and management data systems to pro-actively improve business performance.
  5. Demonstrated experience and proficiency in using computer systems as well as high level skills in PC based applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Access.
  6. Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
