NSW Health Pathology is seeking a dedicated Revenue Billing Audit Officer for a full-time temporary opportunity based at Westmead Hospital. In this crucial role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and auditing pathology request forms to ensure they meet Medicare and Ministry of Health billing standards—helping to safeguard revenue integrity across our network. Your attention to detail and knowledge of compliance frameworks will directly support timely and accurate billing, ensuring our patients and services are accounted for properly.

What you'll be doing

The Revenue Billing Audit Officer is responsible for reviewing and updating pathology request forms to ensure compliance with Medicare, Ministry of Health and Commonwealth Policies. This role focuses on maximising revenue by verifying that all required information is accurately captured and aligns with billing standards.
