- Current registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA with no conditions or restrictions on practice.
- Extensive experience of working as a pharmacist in a senior capacity in a hospital and/or community environment, preferably with clinical experience in end-of-life care.
- Proven ability to work independently and to establish effectively collaboratively working relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and interagency networks.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake clinical research activities and/or quality improvement activities.
