Achieve Something Great
Bankstown Hospital’s 3A Upper GI and General Surgery ward offers an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses who are eager to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic surgical environment. With exposure to a diverse mix of complex surgical cases, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced settings and is motivated by continuous professional development. The ward’s strong educational culture—supported by a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultants—ensures you’re never navigating challenges alone. Regular in‑services, hands‑on learning, and access to specialised training create a rich environment where your skills can expand rapidly and confidently.

Are You the Right Fit?
The ideal candidate is someone who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine passion for surgical nursing. You’ll fit right in if you value teamwork, enjoy collaborating with compassionate colleagues, and are committed to delivering high‑quality patient care. This role suits nurses who are curious, proactive, and excited by opportunities to broaden their clinical scope through outpatient clinics and advanced practice pathways. If you’re ready to contribute to a supportive team that celebrates your growth and encourages your ambitions, 3A Ward is the perfect place to elevate your nursing career.
