Employment with Mid North Coast LHD requires candidates to hold a valid authority to work in Australia (Aust Work Rights Visa). 

What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.  

About You
You present yourself as a registered nurse with current accreditation from the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, bringing well‑developed clinical skills and sound professional judgement to both outpatient and acute hospital environments. You apply your knowledge with confidence, drawing on proven problem‑solving abilities to maximise patient outcomes and ensure safe, effective care. Your communication is consistently clear and professional, supported by strong capability in information technology and refined written, verbal and interpersonal skills that allow you to collaborate seamlessly across multidisciplinary teams. 
 

You plan and coordinate patient care with a focus on achieving measurable results, adapting to changing clinical priorities while maintaining a calm, organised approach. You also demonstrate reliability and flexibility through your participation in a seven‑day rotating roster, including night duty and public holidays, contributing to continuous, high‑quality service delivery.
