As part of Hunter New England Local Health District, you’ll be working within a service dedicated to delivering integrated, person-centred care to residents across the region. About the role
As a Registered Nurse with the In-Reach Service, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents within Residential Aged Care settings. No two days will be the same as you:
- Deliver evidence-based care aligned to patient goals
- Advocate for residents and support families and carers in navigating the health system
- Respond effectively to changing clinical conditions and emergencies
- Build therapeutic relationships and practise within ethical and cultural boundaries
This is a role where you’ll balance autonomy and teamwork, using your skills and compassion to make a real difference in the lives of older people.

This position is full time; however, job share and/or part time arrangements will be considered.
