Nepean Hospital is seeking a patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our Medical Outpatients Department. This role provides high-quality Nursing care to patients attending specialist medical clinics, supporting assessment, treatment, education, and ongoing management of a wide range of medical conditions.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient clinic flow while delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care. This is a role that will see you deliver comprehensive Nursing care in a Medical Outpatient setting, assist with patient assessments, procedures, clinical interventions whilst supporting medical staff during outpatient clinics and treatments.

What you will bring to the role
- Current registration as Registered Nurse Level 1 with AHPRA
- Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in Acute Care Nursing as a registered nurse (including Completion of a New Graduate RN program or equivalent experience working as a Registered Nurse)
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
- Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred care
- Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development
- Ability to work a flexible roster, day, evening or night shift across all days of the week according to the unit/service requirements
