We are seeking a compassionate and skilled mental health nurse to deliver high-quality, recovery-oriented care to individuals experiencing mental illness or mental disorder. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive clinical services that are collaborative, least intrusive, and grounded in evidence based practice. You will work closely with consumers, their nominated carers, and families to create inclusive and responsive care plans that promote rehabilitation, self-advocacy, and empowerment.

What you will bring to the role
- Registered Nurse Division 1, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated mental health experience, including skills in Nursing Assessment and Interventions in community mental health.
- Relevant knowledge of the Mental Health Act 2007 of NSW to enable implementing its objects.
- Demonstrated communication skills, including verbal and written, with good interpersonal skills.
- Commitment and understanding of principles of Recovery Orientated Mental Health Practice in mental health service provision.
- Evidence and ability to meaningfully collaborate with consumers and their carers regarding mental health issues.
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
- Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in Community and or In-Patient Mental Health nursing as a Registered Nurse (including completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent experience working as a Registered Nurse).
