You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care while working collaboratively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient-centred care
Deliver timely, safe and culturally appropriate clinical care
Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records
Support and mentor junior staff and students

Essential Criteria
Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
Recent relevant experience in clinical setting as deemed appropriate by WSLHD
Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems
