Remuneration: $79,368.82 - $111,427.33 per annum / $40.02 - $56.19 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high quality, individualised patient care to maximise health outcomes while working collaboratively with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver safe, effective and person centred nursing care to patients and their families or carers
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Coordinate referrals and discharge planning to support continuity of care
• Supervise, mentor and support staff and students as required
• Respond to changing patient needs and effectively prioritise care within a busy clinical environment

Essential Criteria
Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated recent clinical experience in critical care nursing in an acute care facility
Demonstrated application of evidence based practice and critical thinking to patient care
Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means, and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
