What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and demonstrated experience delivering high-quality care in both outpatient and acute hospital settings. You combine strong clinical knowledge with a patient-centred approach, ensuring safe, effective and evidence-based care that supports positive health outcomes.
You are skilled in assessing patient needs, applying clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities to manage complex situations and respond effectively to changing healthcare needs. Your strong communication skills, supported by proficiency in information technology and clinical documentation systems, enable you to engage effectively with patients, families and healthcare professionals while maintaining accurate and timely records.
As a collaborative member of multidisciplinary teams, you excel in planning, coordinating and evaluating patient care to achieve outcome-focused results. You are adaptable, organised and committed to delivering quality healthcare in dynamic clinical environments, with the flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster, including night duty, weekends and public holidays.
