- Experienced in critical care nursing (Intensive care nursing) with the ability to manage critically ill patients confidently.
- Able to build trust with patients, families, and carers through empathy and clear communication.
- Works effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver person centred care.
- Critical thinking and decision making in a fast paced environment with complex patients and situations.
- Dedicated to continuous learning, quality improvement, and upholding high standards of care.
