About Us
Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) is an exceptional environment to advance your career while enhancing your skills and expertise. As a recognised leader in the healthcare industry, we deliver a comprehensive range of public health services across the Nepean, Blue Mountains, and Lithgow Regions.
Nepean Hospital is a teaching hospital that provides tertiary referral services in emergency care, coronary care, diagnostics, gynaecology, paediatric, neonatal intensive care/ICU, maternity, mental health, rehabilitation, and surgery. The Nepean Campus has recently experienced tremendous growth and aims to support communities within and outside of Sydney’s western suburbs, providing world-class clinical facilities, services, and care.
We are seeking to engage compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses to join our Haematology/Oncology team on casual assignment. This is a great opportunity to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care to people undergoing treatment for haematological and oncological conditions, all within a supportive and multidisciplinary environment.
In this role, you’ll provide evidence‑based nursing care, contribute to safe and effective clinical practice and work closely with Medical, Allied Health and Nursing colleagues. Your day may include administering treatments in line with clinical guidelines, monitoring patient progress and responding to changes, and offering education and emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
Joining our team means becoming part of a leading hospital where collaboration, learning, and excellent patient care are at the heart of what we do. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and want the flexibility of a casual role, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now!
