What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, bringing strong clinical knowledge and experience in delivering high-quality care within community settings. You are committed to providing person-centred care and have a proven ability to assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions that meet the diverse and often complex needs of clients living in the community.
Your strong clinical problem-solving skills enable you to respond effectively to changing patient circumstances, ensuring safe, evidence-based care and positive health outcomes. You are confident in working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, coordinating and managing care to achieve individualised, outcome-focused goals for patients and their families.
You are recognised for your effective communication skills and your ability to build positive relationships with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals. Through the use of information technology and clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, you contribute to seamless care coordination and continuity of service delivery.
With a sound understanding of managing clients with complex needs in community environments, you approach your practice with professionalism, empathy, and adaptability. Holding a current NSW Driver's Licence, you are able to travel as required to provide responsive and accessible care across a range of community settings.
