About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in Community Health, you’ll deliver high-quality nursing care across both clinic and home-based settings, supporting clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. This is hands-on, relationship-based nursing where your skills and judgement truly matter.

Your work will include wound management, foot care, catheter care, medication administration, and palliative support. You’ll work alongside another Registered Nurse and two Enrolled Nurses, with guidance from an experienced Nurse Unit Manager and access to specialist support when needed.

This role offers a flexible 20-hour-per-week rotating roster, making it ideal for nurses seeking balance, variety, and long-term sustainability in their career.

About You

You’re a compassionate, capable Registered Nurse who values holistic care and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. You take pride in building trust with clients and delivering care that genuinely improves quality of life.

Essential Requirements

  • Current authority to practise as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel for home visits
  • Community nursing experience is desirable but not essential - support is provided
