About the Role
Join a community-focused team providing safe, evidence-based nursing care in line with current standards and policies. You’ll assess, plan, and coordinate care for clients, including those with complex needs, while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong clinical judgement and communication skills are key to supporting positive patient outcomes.

About You
You’re a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and experience in a community or similar setting. You bring strong clinical and problem-solving skills, communicate effectively, and thrive in a team environment. You’re organised, adaptable, and committed to patient-centred care. A current NSW driver’s licence is essential.
