The Opportunity
Westlakes Palliative Care & Community Nursing is a small, friendly team delivering high-quality clinical care to patients in their homes across the Lake Macquarie region. We currently have permanent part-time and temporary part-time opportunities available, offering the chance to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with the tools and support needed to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver clinical care in the home setting
Wound care and dressing management
Medication administration
Catheter and drain management
Provide palliative and end-of-life care
Complete documentation in line with service requirements
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes
What You'll Bring
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Demonstrated experience in wound care and continence management
Ability to work independently within scope of practice
Strong understanding of professional and ethical boundaries
Applied evidence-based practice and critical thinking to care delivery
Personable, professional communication skills with ability to manage conflict
Eligible to drive in NSW
Willingness to work weekends on an ongoing basis (essential)
