Are you a Registered Nurse with Community Mental Health experience and want to work casually or pick up extra shifts in a large metropolitan Mental Health Service caring for consumers in a community setting? You can work as much or as little as you like!
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality nursing care to patients/clients of the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service consistent with SESLHD and Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service policies, procedures and standards.
The vision for nursing in the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service is to provide meaning and purpose to plan for the future; have reference to an inspirational statement that is consistent with the purpose and values of nursing; and to inspire nurses to provide the highest quality healthcare to patients in any circumstance.

Selection Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications and current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated experience in the mental health assessment, treatment and management of persons with a mental illness in a community setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to a consumer focussed recovery-oriented approach and consumer collaboration in care planning.
- Demonstrated sound written and oral communications skills.
- Demonstrated experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated skills in time management.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to travel in accordance with the position.
