About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our dedicated and high performing team at Boroowa In this pivotal role, you will provide advanced, patient-centred care while exercising clinical judgement, leadership, and professional autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

 

As the Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide person-centered, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with professional standards and legislation.
• Conduct patient assessments, contribute to care planning, and evaluate outcomes to support safe and effective care delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to drive optimal patient outcomes and ensure seamless care delivery.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and promote a culture of safety and learning.
