We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment. You will be a proactive communicator, critical thinker and team player with a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care, continuous professional development, and positive health outcomes. 

  • Show strong attention to detail, active listening, and a compassionate approach to patient care. 
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, person‑centred care. 
  • Hold current registration, with experience in acute aged care and support ongoing patient assessment, care planning, and management in a specialised hospital setting. 
  • Enjoy a role that focuses on building meaningful patient relationships and improving quality of life. 
 

Selection Criteria 
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. 

  • Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated ability to provide safe, compassionate, and person‑centred care to older patients, with a strong focus on patient safety and fall prevention
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening and collaboration with patients, families, and team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Relevant qualifications and current registration, with experience or interest in acute aged care settings
