What you will bring to the role
- Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated knowledge of the aged care client and issues related to ageing
- Demonstrated understanding of the ACAT role and guidelines
- Computer literacy and proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of current Aged Care Assessment Practice, My Aged Care or demonstrated knowledge of the current Aged Care Assessment Program principles and guidelines
- Demonstrated ongoing commitment to service development
- Current driver's licence and willingness to use for work purposes.
