About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with medical/surgical experience. Previous in-charge experience is highly regarded but not essential. This position operates on a rotating roster and offers excellent professional development within a collaborative and team-focused environment.
Our unit is known for its strong, positive team culture. You will be working alongside experienced senior nurses who are passionate about mentoring and guiding you in the next stage of your career.

Essential Criteria
Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Demonstrated experience in medical/surgical nursing
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication and clinical skills
Commitment to patient-centred care
Desirable
Previous experience in an in-charge or leadership capacity
