What you'll do
- Provide person-centred nursing care across home and community settings.
- Assess, plan and coordinate care tailored to each client's needs.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, families and carers.
- Work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
- Develop your skills in areas such as wound care and catheter management.
- Work independently in the community while having the support of experienced clinicians.

About you
You are a compassionate, organised and adaptable Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering person-centred care in the community. You have strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. You are committed to building positive relationships with clients, families and carers and can effectively prioritise competing clinical needs.
You are confident using technology and electronic documentation systems and are willing to work across different community settings. Most importantly, you are keen to learn, develop your clinical skills and be supported by experienced clinicians as you build your career in community nursing.
Essential:
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Valid Australian driver's licence.
