Registered Nurse (RN) – South Block Ward (13 Medical Beds)

Are you a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse seeking to make a meaningful difference in patient care? We are inviting applications for an RN to join our supportive multidisciplinary team in the South Block Ward at Belmont Hospital.

Our 13-bed medical ward provides high-quality, patient-centred care in a collaborative environment that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement.
 

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a key role in delivering safe and effective care by:

  • Providing comprehensive nursing care within your scope of practice

  • Collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care

  • Monitoring, assessing, and responding to changes in patient condition

  • Supporting patients with activities of daily living while promoting independence

  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to optimise outcomes


About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture
