About the role:
As a Registered Nurse in the Residential Aged Care In-Reach Service, you’ll play a key role in providing safe, compassionate, person-centred care to residents in Residential Aged Care. You’ll collaborate closely with patients, families, carers, and the wider multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes and support people in making informed decisions about their care.
- Delivering evidence-based care aligned with patient goals
- Advocating for patients and assisting them and their carers in navigating their healthcare journey
- Responding effectively to changing clinical conditions and emergency situations
- Practising within professional, ethical, and cultural boundaries

About you:
You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse who:

Requirements:
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
