About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Children & Adolescent Mental Health Services based in Orange.
As a valued member of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health care for children and adolescents experiencing acute mental health challenges while providing compassionate, person-centred care that supports recovery, promotes wellbeing and assists young people and their families during some of the most vulnerable periods of their lives.
Working in a specialised child and adolescent mental health setting, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions, undertaking assessments, contributing to care planning and collaborating with consumers, families and key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. You will play an important role in creating a safe, therapeutic environment while supporting young people through their recovery journey.
We are committed to supporting our staff and fostering professional growth. New team members are welcomed through a structured orientation program, buddy system and ongoing support from experienced clinicians. You will also have access to clinical supervision, professional development opportunities and career progression pathways within a highly specialised and rewarding area of healthcare.
