You will bring to the role: 

  • Comprehensive clinical experience — Recent practice across antenatal clinic, antenatal ward, birthing unit, postnatal ward and continuity‑of‑care programs.

  • Strong communication & teamwork — Communicates clearly, listens actively and collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary teams while practising confidently and autonomously.

Selection Criteria 
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. 

  • Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Midwife with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Describe your recent experience working across the maternity continuum, including antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care. How have you applied patient-centred care principles to support positive outcomes for women and their families?
  • Bowral Hospital supports midwives to develop advanced clinical skills and work to their full scope of practice. Describe how you have maintained and developed your midwifery knowledge and skills to deliver contemporary, evidence based care.
